- B-grade registration from Bangladesh Pharmacy Council (BPC).

- Sound knowledge in MS Office and Excel.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Dispensing medicine against individual patients’ medication order both physically and electronically.
- Performing inventory check of Narcotic, Expensive and Refrigerated Medicine in a daily basis and participate in total stock count under the direct supervision of In-charge, IPD Pharmacy.
- Receiving return medicines of IPD patients both physically and electronically.
- Maintain key register of Control Zone Area and Expensive Medicine Locker.
- Ensure proper labelling and shelving of the Medicine.
- Issue or place requisition for medicine to Pharmacy Main Store or OPD Pharmacy.
- Provide internal customer service by answering phone calls in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Check for Expiration Dates on medication regularly.
- Keep working stations and dispensing area neat and clean.
- Follow all the security measures and maintain cleanliness of OPD Pharmacy.
- Compliant with JCI standard and quality improvement initiatives.
- Comply with hospital code of conduct and policies.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
