Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Regularly communicate and update information with assigned dealers and mechanics and coordinate with area managers to resolve area-based problems.
∎ Recording complaints, inquiries and suggestions received from calls to the company's toll-free number, informing the specific person, and providing feedback to the customer.
∎ Greetings to selected dealers on their special days.
∎ Product surveys and detailed information for new products.
∎ Follow-up on outstanding dealers as required.
∎ Any other projects assigned by the management.
