∎ Make outbound calls to USA / Canada customers and handle different topics according to the communication script.
∎ Provide information about service features, prices, etc.
∎ Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointments.
∎ Identify customer needs, and clarify information.
∎ Maintaining communication through Email and Skype.
