Responsibilities & Context:
Job Location
Mohammadpur, Dhaka.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to USA / Canada customers and handle different topics according to the communication script.
Provide information about service features, prices, etc.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close Appointments.
Identify customer needs, and clarify information.
Maintaining communication through Email and Skype.
