Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Make calls to prospective students and respond to inquiries.
∎ Provide information about study opportunities in the study abroad and our partner universities.
∎ Guide students on the application process, required documents, and deadlines.
∎ Maintain a high level of professionalism while addressing student queries and concerns.
∎ Update the CRM (HubSpot) with call details and follow-up status.
∎ Schedule counseling sessions for students with senior counselors.
∎ Support marketing campaigns by following up with leads generated through advertisements.
∎ Ensure clear and consistent communication with students via phone, text, and email.
∎ We are seeking a friendly, proactive, and motivated individual to join our team as a Caller Executive at our Office.
