Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A strong understanding of the entry requirements for respective destination is essential.
∎ The candidate must stay updated on the admission policies of competitors, partners, and other universities
∎ Ability to handle new students and their enquirers day-to-day via phone, email, or text
∎ Ability to complete a task on time and work under pressure following time and action plan for each task/project
∎ Ability to process the application without any error to the University/Partners portal
∎ Ability to prepare necessary documents, filling out forms, and maintaining student files and records.
∎ High customer service standards and the ability to engage in proactive sales, cross-sales, and follow-ups to convert leads are essential.
∎ Ability to self-motivate and self-manage student portfolio through positive relationship management.
∎ Liaise with Partner Universities in a professional and timely manner.
∎ The candidate should have a solid understanding of digital marketing tools and be proficient in Microsoft Office to effectively carry out these responsibilities.
∎ Able to organize and conduct informational meetings and programs to explain admission requirements, policies, and procedures.
∎ Able to facilitate workshops, support groups, and other events to provide further assistance.
∎ The candidate must be dynamic, capable of working under pressure and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
