Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Attending all inbound call from the Customers.
∎ Maintain regular communication with existing and prospective customers.
∎ Receiving customer complaints and forwarding the complaint to the concern dept.
∎ Identify customer's needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Quick response to customer inquiries and requests.
∎ Communicate with customers with informative manner, in keeping with the brand's voice and tone.
∎ Respond to customer inquiry on our Facebook and social media platforms on a regular basis.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensive way.
∎ Prepare & submit daily report on incoming and outgoing call.
∎ Fulfilling any assignment given by In-charge of marketing dept. or management.
∎ Job Context:
∎ We are looking for some Call Center Executive to join our Marketing team under our company- Vintage Engineering Limited (GETCO Group), is a reputed trading company (Import based). In this position, candidates must have experience on customer care/ call center section. Having Skill & knowledge/training courses about social media marketing/digital marketing will get priority.
