Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing strategies to attract agents, new customers and generate leads.
∎ Recruitment new people and send to abroad.
∎ Identify recruitment agency and approach potential clients, including individuals and corporate entities, to promote the services offered by the company.
∎ Have sound knowledge about digital marketing.
∎ Make outbound calls to potential agents, collecting different types of information’s and inform accordingly to respective marketing department.Contact with agents and receiving calls from agents, response them politely.
∎ People send to abroad.
∎ Clients hunt from online page and agent group. Meet sales targets and work towards achieving them through proactive sales efforts, effective negotiation, and persuasive communication.
∎ Response to agents’ inquiries.
∎ Female Candidates encouraged to apply.
∎ Ready To join 1st January 2025.
∎ Must have computer knowledge ( MS word, excel, Power point,Capable to use software)
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
