Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Respond to incoming messages and phone inquiries promptly.
∎ Provide support and assistance to customers after sales.
∎ Handle and manage logistics calls, including couriers and riders.
∎ Manage courier entries and delivery confirmations.
∎ Keep track of inventory to ensure adequate stock levels.
∎ Manage official Facebook pages and collect leads from relevant sources.
∎ Maintain records, documentation, and up-to-date daily and monthly sales reports.
∎ Handle and resolve customer complaints, collaborating with the team when needed.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management with a positive attitude.
∎ Understand the needs of business customers to provide tailored support.
∎ Record sales and order information accurately in the system.
∎ Review sales performance and aim to meet targets.
