Handle sales-related activities
Provide solutions to customer problems
Answer customer queries and build confidence in purchasing
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone calls and Facebook messages.
Increase delivery success ratio
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets.
Follow up with potential customers regularly
Maintain basic Excel sheets
