Responsibilities & Context:

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone calls and Facebook messages.

  • Efficiently manage all courier operations and related concerns.

  • Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of Excel and database records.

  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, including calls, product demos, follow-ups, and closing deals.

  • Keep comprehensive lead and customer records, ensuring data integrity at all times.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets.


Basic Eligibility Criteria

  • Proven experience in sales and customer service

  • Comfortable working 6 days a week

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills

  • Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to work

  • Ability to build and maintain trust with customers and courier partners

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
