Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly via phone calls and Facebook messages.
Efficiently manage all courier operations and related concerns.
Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of Excel and database records.
Oversee the entire sales cycle, including calls, product demos, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Keep comprehensive lead and customer records, ensuring data integrity at all times.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and weekly sales targets.
Proven experience in sales and customer service
Comfortable working 6 days a week
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills
Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach to work
Ability to build and maintain trust with customers and courier partners
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets
