∎ Job Summary
∎ Mojaru is looking for a dedicated and collaborative Course Coordinator for the engaging "Bangla Amar Bhasha" course. This course is designed for Bangladeshi children aged 4-12 living abroad. The Course Coordinator will play a key role in the smooth management, planning, and implementation of course activities and quality assurance. Excellent communication skills, an organized mindset, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
∎ Key Responsibilities
∎ Course Planning & Implementation: Coordinate with curriculum developers and teachers to finalize course materials and schedules. Set batch schedules and allocate classes to appropriate teachers. Ensure that teaching materials are updated, engaging, and accessible for students.
∎ Student Enrollment & Onboarding: Manage the student enrollment process, ensuring proper assessment and placement at the correct level. Provide guidance to parents about the enrollment process, course structure, and benefits.
∎ Teacher Support: Act as the primary point of contact for teachers, ensuring they have all necessary resources. Monitor teacher performance and provide feedback to maintain high standards.
∎ Parental Involvement: Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress. Organize parent-teacher meetings and progress reviews.
∎ Progress Monitoring: Ensure student progress is assessed, and provide timely feedback. Maintain detailed records of student performance and track improvements.
∎ Quality Control: Regularly review course content and teaching methods. Address challenges that arise during the course and provide recommendations for improvement. Oversee the quality of class materials and other resources, implementing plans for development.
∎ Marketing & Outreach: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the course and increase enrollment. Participate in community and social media activities to raise awareness about the course.
∎ Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on enrollment, progress, and overall course performance. Analyze feedback from parents, students, teachers, and trainers to improve the course.
∎ Class Observation: Observe live classes to monitor teaching methods and student participation. Generate regular reports on class quality and work on improvements.
∎ Emergency Response: In case of teacher absence, arrange for a substitute to take over the class. If necessary, the coordinator will step in to conduct the class themselves.
