Job Context:
∎ Technosoft is looking for a Senior Technical Operations Agent for it`s client Product Gym, which is a fast-paced and rapidly growing company in the United States of America
∎ Product Gym seeks a motivated individual to help ensure our members succeed. Your job will consist of regularly troubleshooting various integrations across different applications and software that the internal team uses through Zapier, Salesforce, and other CRM and database tools.
∎ This role entails Mid-level to senior-level technical support to help the internal operations team. This position will work closely with various members across the company to ensure data, tracking, and information is properly shared across different systems.
∎ Most notably, this role will involve owning the technical support function across applications and software. Please only apply if you are comfortable communicating clearly and are very comfortable using and learning various technology tools.
∎ Job Location:
∎ Dhaka, Bangladesh (remotely working from home with US-based teams)
∎ You must have dual monitors, high speed laptop/desktop, high-speed internet, Backup IPS (if needed) , and proper work environment.
∎ Workplace and Office Time:
∎ Work from home or at the office. Working hours will be 8 hours daily, preferably between 5 pm to 3 am BD time.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating and maintaining various integrations to ensure the flow of information is kept clean and discrete
∎ Communicate the cost benefit of various tools and their limitations with respect to the impact on data
∎ Troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise from integrations across low-code/no-code software
∎ Follow up and maintain communication with different stakeholders who are involved in each of the software usage
∎ Act as a point of contact for the history of all integrations
∎ Identify, document and troubleshoot any integrations through diagrams, etc
∎ Test and experiment first mindset to ensure increased levels of success for any projects and requests
∎ Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders about deadlines, blockers, and limitations of software.
∎ Strategize with stakeholders on the best technical method to achieve goals in data and tracking across applications.

∎ Skills Required:
∎ Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal
∎ Professional Proficiency in the English Language
∎ Has previously worked in other technical support roles
∎ Superior knowledge of integrations among apps both in Zapier, Segment and low code/no code environments
∎ Superior problem-solving and data investigative skills - "Figure it out" mindset (AKA problem-solving and initiative)
∎ Clear understanding and mastery of goals and detailed requirements
∎ A driven learner with a proven ability to drive responsibilities from start-to-finish
∎ Ability to analyze and communicate dependencies across multiple applications and assess the impact of changes
∎ Ability to communicate effectively through multiple channels and across departments in both written and oral forms
∎ Ability to follow directions and take ownership of initiatives end-to-end

∎ Familiarity with any of our text stack:
∎ CRMS like Salesforce, Outreach, Octopus CRM, Drip.com and LinkedIn Navigator, Hubspot, Airtable
∎ Calendar management applications like Wordpress, Calend.ly, Google Calendar, CoSchedule, Asana and Trello.
∎ A/V Web: Zoom, Vimeo, Thinkific, Google Meet
∎ Team Collaboration: Slack, Google Suite & Workplace, Zapier, Gusto, Jira
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ 4-8year of technical operation experience preferred - ideally in the Sales and Marketing department or in a Software Company
∎ Any advanced certificates in computer science/programming/technical troubleshooting are a Major Plus
