Job Context:
∎ Technosoft is looking for a Marketing Operation Support Executive for it`s client Product Gym, which is a fast-paced and rapidly growing company in the United States of America

∎ Product Gym seeks a motivated individual to help ensure our members succeed. Your job will consist of regularly following up with our marketing channels to ensure that prospective members and their questions are engaged, attendees to events and webinars are logged in, designs and documents are uploaded and other miscellaneous admin Marketing tasks.

∎ There will also be one-off projects that we expect this individual to perform. All such projects ultimately contribute to the success of our business.
∎ This role entails general marketing support to help the marketing team. This position will work closely with various members of the marketing team, fulfilling data entry, admin, content posting, copywriting, and miscellaneous other admin tasks to maintain the company marketing documentation, updates, and other content.
∎ Most notably, this role will involve owning the entire marketing operations support function. Please only apply if you are comfortable communicating clearly and are comfortable using and learning various technology tools.
∎ This is an entry-level to Mid-level position that offers development opportunities to progress into larger and more comprehensive roles within the team. We are looking for someone eager to begin here but actively grows into the role and beyond it, staying with our team for the long haul.
∎ Job Location:
∎ Dhaka, Bangladesh (remotely working from home with US-based teams)
∎ You must have dual monitors, high speed laptop/desktop, high-speed internet, Backup IPS (if needed) , and proper work environment.
∎ Workplace and Office Time:
∎ Work from home or at the office. Working hours will be 8 hours daily, preferably between 5 pm to 3 am BD time.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Interacting with various marketing tools to extract video, create Instagram, and TikTok reels and post to social media
∎ Sending emails to members and prospective students and members for engagement
∎ Uploading content and recordings to various drives and folders
∎ Reaching out to contacts on LinkedIn, Meetup, and other social groups for events and webinars
∎ Member follow-up using a variety of contact strategies (call, text, messaging, email)
∎ Adding leads and information from CRM systems between Sales and Marketing
∎ Identify, document and troubleshoot at-risk issues with Marketing Managers
∎ Scheduling Videos and outreach emails to collaboration partners
∎ Setting up and cleaning email sequences, unsubscribes, spam accounts
∎ Editing videos with DIY video editors and software based on requirements
∎ Copy and paste various data across Webinars, responses, follow-up emails, etc
∎ Utilize CRM to track members and lead progress

∎ CRMS like Salesforce, Outreach, Octopus CRM, Drip.com and LinkedIn Navigator, Hubspot, Airtable
∎ Calendar management applications like Wordpress, Calend.ly, Google Calendar, CoSchedule, Asana and Trello.
∎ A/V Web: Zoom, Vimeo, Thinkific, Google Meet
∎ Team Collaboration: Slack, Google Suite & Workplace, Zapier, Jira
∎ Familiarity with WordPress, Canva, Youtube, Asana, Slack, and social media platforms is an asset
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ 3-5year of Marketing operation experience preferred - ideally in Marketing Agency, EdTech, Software or multinational company
∎ Any advanced certificates in Marketing are a Major Plus
∎ Educational Requirements
