Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable for Planning and organizing production schedules.
∎ Capable for monitoring the production of sewing section to achieve the target.
∎ Have to sound knowledge about production efficiency.
∎ Capable for Monitoring the daily production target in sewing.
∎ Capable for Maintain the good team work in the production floor
∎ Capable for Style Analysis with expert mind to get buyer requirement.
∎ Line Balancing and WIP Control
∎ Determining quality control standards
∎ Line Setting maintain the production system following step by step.
∎ Style Analysis with expert mind to get buyer requirement.
∎ Monitoring the hourly production report.
∎ To create good working environment within the fac
∎ To work on maintaining clean house keeping in his floor,
