• Excellent computer literacy in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP system.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.Good knowledge of import documentation, HS Code, and LC-related shipment follow-up.

• Sound understanding of fabric types, shade, lot, roll handling, and storage process.Strong reporting, documentation, and coordination ability.

• Effective communication skills in both English and Bangla.

• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to lead helpers and store assistants.

• Ability to maintain discipline, safety, and housekeeping standards in the store.

Responsibilities & Context

• Follow up on buyer-wise fabric order booking and maintain accurate tracking records.

• Maintain regular communication with Merchandising, Commercial, and Production teams.

• Track fabric in-house status and prepare daily and weekly reports.

• Ensure timely fabric delivery to the cutting section as per production requirements.

• Segregate and label buyer-wise fabric rolls accurately and maintain record.

• Maintain proper inventory management using proper documentation and physical reconciliation.

• Oversee shipment and packed carton storage operations with proper documentation.

• Coordinate with logistics companies for timely shipment execution.

• Ensure safe handling, storage, and stacking of fabrics and cartons.

• Monitor and control inventory levels, report shortages, and prevent stock discrepancies.

• Prepare MIS reports on stock status, shipment delivery, and fabric consumption.

• Conduct periodic stock audits and ensure accuracy between system and physical stock.

• Maintain cleanliness and compliance of the store area in line with factory safety and audit standards.

• Support management in any internal/external audit (buyer, compliance, or internal control) related to fabric and shipment stores.
