∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have good personality.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide good representation of the company and general instructions to suppliers.
∎ All kind of samples follow-up as per order protocol to ensure on time right submission together with respective Merchandisers.
∎ Follow-through client comments and make sure production in accordance with comments.
∎ Conduct Pre-production meetings and risk assessment and report to the local office.
∎ Give technical guidelines for production and make corrections on patterns (if required).
∎ Give bulk cutting permission followed by Approved size set and PPS.
∎ Counter-checking inspection files and Approved samples and checking fabric quality and weight, accessories, styling, measurement, workmanship, packing, shipping mark and review packing summary, etc.to ensure that the requirement of the buyers meets in coordination with the respective Merchandisers.
∎ Diagnose production problems and work with suppliers to present alternatives/solutions.
∎ Prejudgment over production planning, productivity, and possible dealing in shipment.
∎ Pick-up samples from bulk for tests as applicable.
∎ Pick-up shipment cartons randomly as applicable.
∎ Follow-up In-line, Pre-final, Final inspections and report immediately after inspection.
