∎ Strong understanding of product development processes, fabrics, and trims.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
∎ Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage product development from concept to sample approval for renowned buyer.
∎ Communicate effectively with the buyer to understand their requirements, ensuring all standards are met.
∎ Coordinate with the design, sourcing, and production teams to develop products in line with buyer specifications.
∎ Monitor raw material sourcing, trims, and accessories to meet design and quality expectations.
∎ Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation, including T&A (Time & Action) plans, development trackers, and cost sheets.
∎ Ensure samples are prepared and delivered within agreed timelines.
∎ Work closely with the QA team to ensure all products meet renowned buyer quality standards.
∎ Stay updated on the latest market trends and materials relevant to the buyer's expectations.
∎ Address and resolve any issues related to product development promptly.
