Educational Requirements:

∎ Skills Required: Cad Pattern Master, Knit garments, Pattern adjustment, Pattern Analysis
Experience Requirements:
∎ 4 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
CAD Gerber software, Communication in English, Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Office
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Development of a new soft pattern according to the customer's and merchandising's requirements within time line and following the design sketch.
∎ Grade the paper pattern as per the customer grading manual and measurements.
∎ Pattern check, adjust, and record with necessary marks & allowances on the pattern for every style.
∎ Understand the fitting and give commenters based on adjust pattern.
∎ Makes technical adjustments for fabric preservation after researching the patterns.
∎ Check that the print and embroidery are properly placed on the pattern.
∎ Communicate with the customer & other related teams to solve pattern-related technical issues.
∎ Attend the technical meeting to discuss, find out the technical issues, & find the solution as well.
∎ Pass the pattern & consumption-related issues to the team members.
∎ Verify & check patterns and buyer comments to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of the sample.
∎ Communicate with the product development team to make the product feasible for production while at the same time meeting customers' demands
∎ Examine the sample for fitting, proportion, silhouette, seam placements, and other design elements. If any corrections are required, make them while consulting the sample room manager in case of issues.
∎ Assist the Head of department by giving him the necessary information to run the department smoothly.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must understand how to make markers using CAD software. (must know Gerber software)
∎ Should have a concept for a marker plan and best utilization.
∎ Must have knowledge about pattern amendment and shrinkage adjustment.
∎ Must have knowledge of consumption calculation.
∎ Skill on written and oral communication both in Bangla & English.
