Skills Required: Garments Mechanic,mechanical maintenance,Sweater Industry
Additional Requirements:
- Hands on Sweater Machine Maintenance, machine programming, preventive maintenance knowledge
- Having skill and knowledge on Auto Knitting, linking and sewing machine maintenance
Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy aligned with business goals
Create and execute preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency
Conduct regular assessments to identify areas for improvement in maintenance processes
Implement OEE- Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Oversee the maintenance of all machinery, equipment, and facilities in the Sweater production process
Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective action
Lead, mentor, and motivate the team for contribute and learning·
Foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement within the maintenance department
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination of maintenance activities with PRD, IED, FSG and QAD
Develop and manage the maintenance department budget.·
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize maintenance expenses.·
Ensure cost-effective procurement of maintenance supplies and services.
