Experience:

• Higher studies in Manufacturing plant setup will be added advantage

• Responsible for Overall Sweater production and shipment.

• Align monthly budget with management team in term of headcount, capacity planning, cost, expenses and so forth

• Industrial 4.0 – Automation, search for more automation with can improve on the efficiency and also quality of the products

• Oversee the bulk production from knit to box ensuring on-time delivery without any quality problem

• Optimize the production flow, daily monitoring on the production in term of efficiency and quality

• Shorten the lead time and control of WIP of the whole production by using First In First Out concept

• Workers management, maximize the capacity of the whole factory in the optimum condition

• Efficiency monitoring and quality control, weekly meet-up with QA and IE team to ensure the production meet targets

• Work closely with finance and IE team to reduce the cost of factory and maximize the capacity of factory

• Work closely with related department like IED/Technical and sample room to ensure most of the risk can be overcome before bulk production in order to shorten the production lead time

• Pilot run on each of the style is conducted to reduce the risk during bulk production, every department will be responsible for their own problem

• The most simplified process flow will be considered on each style before bulk production.

• Risk assessment will be covered on the quality of yarn, knitting, sewing and finishing·      

• To monitor and control materials, equipment and accessories in production to be ready for daily operation.·      

• Reviewing Production Plan with capacity & strength along with ensuring timely shipment target.·      

• Ensure all direct and indirect subordinates have a good discipline and strictly abide to company’s rules and regulations To ensure all department discipline and 6S requirement.

• Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting·      

• Develop and implement long term business plan and annual budget in alignment with corporate strategy

• Actively participate in corporate initiatives and align team objectives and priorities with the broader objectives of the organization
