5–8 years of experience in knit garments sewing section.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good understanding of sewing operations and production processes.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Basic problem-solving ability.
Good communication skillsKnowledge of line balancing and efficiency improvement.
Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and lead sewing operators on the production floor
Ensure daily production targets are achieved efficiently
Monitor line balancing and workflow to minimize bottlenecks
Maintain quality standards and reduce defects
Coordinate with IE, QA, and maintenance teams
Train and guide operators to improve productivity and skills
Ensure proper use of machines and workplace safety compliance
Prepare and maintain daily production reports.
Ensure safety, compliance, and proper housekeeping of production floor.
In addition, the company may assign other duties as required in the best interest of the organization.
