Responsibilities & Context:
· Accounts payable & receivable management
· Prepared different type of Voucher like- Sales, Receipt, Payment, Contra & Journal Voucher on Tally Software ERP
· LC related transactions posting.
Knowledge About all VAT Form & VAT Register.
Knowledge About Bill of Entry, Proceed Realization Certificate.
Assist to preparation and Submission of monthly VAT return (Mushak-9.1).
Familiar with Mushak-6.1, 6.2, 6.3, 6.6, 6.10, 9.1.
Maintain Compliance Issue, check BIN, Rate & Address as per law.
Document Collection from Commercial Department & Prepare document List.
Correspond with VAT Authority
Regular communication with inter-department.
Assist to Prepare VDS/TDS challan & deposit to Govt. exchequer.
Documents management related to VAT matter.
Knowledge About Bangladesh VAT Law.
Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management time to time.
