Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Designing, Textile Engineering.

• Age 22 to 28 years

for Garment / Fit Technologist:

· Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production techniques.

· Proficient in using CAD software, illustrator and other design tools.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Attention to detail and a passion for fashion.

Collaborate with designers to create technical specifications for new garments.

Oversee sample development and production processes.

 Conduct quality control checks on samples and finished products.

Troubleshoot technical issues in garment construction and suggest improvements.

Liaise with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements;

Follow up on order status from development to shipment stage

Coordinate with production, washing, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow

Prepare and maintain order sheets, T&A (Time & Action) plans, and reports

Monitor sample development (Fit, PP, Shipment samples, etc.)

Ensure product quality meets buyer requirements and compliance standards

Track raw materials and accessories to avoid any production delays   

Support the Senior Merchandiser/Manager in daily operational activities
