Skills Required:
Additional Requirements:
Hands-on experience in washing, garments dyeing, and special effects development
Knowledge of enzymes, chemicals, wash recipes, and finishing techniques.
Certificate course in Clothing Production Management will be added advantage.
Good communication & coordination skills with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting
For highly deserving candidates working experience and others requirements might be relaxed.
Responsibilities & Context:
Lead washing development from concept to approval.
Develop wash techniques as per buyer requirements.
Ensure quality, shade, and hand-feel consistency.
Collaborate with design, merchandising, and production teams.
Optimize processes and manage suppliers & documentation
