Strong knowledge of bonded warehouse operations and customs compliance.
Responsibilities & Context:
1. Manage overall operations of the bonded warehouse in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
2. Maintain accurate inventory records (raw materials, accessories, finished goods).
3. Ensure proper documentation for import/export, UD, LC, and customs-related processes.
4. Coordinate with commercial, audit, and production departments.
5. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reporting (MIS, stock reports, reconciliation).
6. Supervise store staff and ensure efficient workflow.
7. Conduct regular stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
8. Ensure proper storage, handling, and safety of goods.
9. Maintain liaison with customs authorities and related stakeholders.
10. Any other tasks as assigned and entrusted by the management time to time.
