Responsibilities & Context:
  • Handle all disciplinary cases and employee misconduct

  • Conduct independent investigation

  • Manage and lead end to end disciplinary process and maintain detailed document and reports

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and advise management on disciplinary and employee relations matters.

  • Support communication between management and employees, conduct IR audits and analysis, and deliver IR-related training.
