Responsibilities & Context:
Handle all disciplinary cases and employee misconduct
Conduct independent investigation
Manage and lead end to end disciplinary process and maintain detailed document and reports
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and advise management on disciplinary and employee relations matters.
Support communication between management and employees, conduct IR audits and analysis, and deliver IR-related training.
