• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional for the position of Jr. Merchandiser / Merchandiser – Sweater. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing buyer communication, order execution, product development, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle buyer inquiries, order follow-up, and day-to-day communication.

• Coordinate with buyers, factories, and internal departments for smooth order execution.

• Prepare costing, price negotiations, and order confirmations.

• Monitor sample development, approvals, and bulk production status.

• Follow up on raw materials, trims, and accessories to ensure timely availability.

• Track production timelines to meet shipment schedules.

• Work closely with production, quality, and commercial teams.

• Maintain all merchandising documentation, reports, and order records.

• Ensure compliance with buyer requirements and company standards.
