Responsibilities & Context:
Position Summary
The Senior Manager / AGM – Industrial Engineering (IE) will be responsible for managing all Industrial Engineering activities within our Dhaka factory, ensuring productivity improvement, efficient manpower utilization, and continuous operational improvement on the production floor.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Industrial Engineering operations for the Dhaka factory
Drive factory efficiency improvement and productivity enhancement
Conduct Work Study, Time Study, Motion Study, Method Improvement & Line Balancing
Develop and maintain accurate SAM / SMV database
Perform factory capacity planning and manpower optimization
Monitor production KPIs: Efficiency, Output, DHU, Line Utilization
Support production teams to achieve shipment targets and operational efficiency
Optimize production layout and workflow to reduce bottlenecks
Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement initiatives
Analyze production data and provide improvement action plans
Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, and Merchandising teams
Lead, train, and develop factory IE team members
Ensure compliance with buyer productivity expectations and operational standards
