• Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion Design, Merchandising, or relevant field

• Strong knowledge of denim fabric, washing effects, and finishes

• Experience in fabric sourcing & accessories sourcing

• Strong network with denim-focused factories and washing plants

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to handle multiple orders under pressure

• Technical & Added Advantages

• Experience in China sourcing (highly preferred)

• Knowledge of CAD / Tech Pack development

• Hands-on experience with AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT, Claude

• Ability to convert buyer ideas into actual product (concept to reality)

• Experience using tools like Nano Banana / AI-based tech pack tools will be an advantage

• 3–5 years of experience in a denim factory (Jeans / Jackets)

• Must have hands-on experience handling Europe & USA buyers

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Merchandiser (Denim) who will act as a key link between buyers and production. The candidate must have strong expertise in denim product development, sourcing, and order execution from development to shipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle buyer communication from development to shipment stage

• Review tech packs and convert buyer requirements into workable production plans

• Manage sampling, costing, and order execution

• Coordinate with fabric mills, washing units, and accessories suppliers

• Source fabric and trims ensuring quality and cost efficiency

• Follow up on production timelines (cutting, sewing, washing, finishing)

• Ensure approvals (lab dip, fit sample, PP sample, etc.) are completed on time

• Monitor shipment and ensure on-time delivery
