Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for Sweater Sample Room/Product Development Department
Sample planning, Develop, FIT and PP Sample approval, Pre-production, size set making, Defined Sample program setting for auto-knitting Machine, knitting formula preparation
Work with production development team & senior management for process improvement, reduce work duplication & maintain minimum construction standard.
Collect and analyze feedback from customers, stakeholders and other teams to shape requirements, features and end products
Ensure products releases are launched correctly as per schedule and achieve further speed to market requirement, improve lead times and ability to make smart decision
To analysis seasonal forecasting and internal costing.
To maintain documentation work like BOM/Tec Pack/ Pattern/MC arrangement/Sticker/ Washing/YYE/SAM Costing/ Programming
