Responsibilities & Context:
Counselling to worker and management to implement the laws and regulation to the worker.
Implement various initiatives to reduce absenteeism and employee turnover Recommend.
Monitoring, Develop & follow-up Health & Safety Issues in the factory premises, all other leave benefit to the employee.
Prepare and follow up maternity activates.
Arrange all kind of worker’s committee meeting and prepare minutes of the meeting.
Attend and take necessary measures on the outcomes of various committee meetings (PC, Safety Committee, Grievance Handling, Workers Wellbeing and workplace Committee) Meeting Documents needs to maintain accordingly.
Monitor all opportunity & facilities (Canteen, Childcare, proper sanitary system, drinking water etc.) of workers.
Maintaining Registers (Grievance Handling, Orientation, Awareness programs etc.)
