- Must have sound technical & production knowledge on woven dress & casual shirts.
- Must be able to plan and implement.
- Must be able to generate analytical quality reports.
- Must have experience with wrinkle free garments and washed garments.
- Must have experience with traffic light / SPC Quality Monitoring System.
- Experience with PVH, Oxford, Capital Mercury, Ralph Lauren, Uniqlo or any Japanese buyer will be given preference.
- Should be able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skill during interview.
- Must know how to effectively operate MS Excel, MS Word and E-mail.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 8 years at reputed a Shirt Manufacturing Facility.

- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in English Language.
- Must be capable to liaise with Buyers QA & Technical Teams independently.
- Must have good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Must demonstrate Team building abilities.

- Must have personality to prevail & convince Production Workers / Staff.
