∎ Diploma in Engineering
∎ HSC in Science, Diploma in food engineering

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Performing all the trials as per schedule. Recording trial process parameters, other documents & keeping properly as per guideline.
∎ Ensuring colours, flavours & others preparation as per daily shift requirements.
∎ NPD sample preparation & keeping NPD samples in the sample room in proper way as per guideline.
∎ Maintaining Climatic chamber, Climatic chamber calibration, AST samples preparation & proper AST analysis. Keep records for all the relevant documents of AST as per guidelines.
∎ Ensuring GMP, cleaning & safety of flavour room. Ensuring the calibration of balances & related measuring devices of flavour room.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience in food/confectionery industry.
∎ Strong in communication and interpersonal skills and capable to work with cross functional team.
∎ Capable of managing complexity and adaptive to any situation.
∎ Self-motivated and perform under pressure.
∎ Adapts approach and demeanour in real time to match the shifting demands of different situations.
∎ Encourages diverse thinking to promote and nurture innovation.
∎ Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
