Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Engineering in Industrial Engineering Production, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering & Production
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Setting daily/ weekly/ monthly production target and communicate those to the concerned employees.
∎ Organizing workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules as per requirement.
∎ Overseeing the entire production process.
∎ Reducing wastage of resources, minimize the cost of production & improve the efficiency of production.
∎ Keeping the record of the batch, packing quantity, the volume of production, and keep record of other production-related data.
∎ Taking effective actions against running machine problem & try to solve any troubleshooting of machine.
∎ Ensuring the cleanliness of the machine and production area after production.
∎ Checking production output according to the specifications.
∎ Training new employees on safely use of machinery and its procedure.
∎ Developing & introducing methods to increase productivity at the production line.
∎ Adjusting the machine fine-tuning to maintain proper quality and control wastage.
∎ Submitting the consumption of RM & PM to the Cost and Budget Department on a daily basis.
∎ Ensuring good health, Environment & Safety of all production teams.
∎ Performing any other operation-related function indicated by the immediate superior.
