Job Responsibilities:
∎ Keeping entry of issue & return quantity of RM on software-based inventory management under assign of superior.
∎ Receiving and issuing stocks against valid documents and look after the stock and achieve 100% inventory as well as batch accuracy.
∎ Ensuring the arrangement of product pick up, sort, and pack those products.
∎ Preserve all received copy invoices keep all stocks
∎ Maintaining custody of all stocks of RM
∎ Reconcile the stock of all businesses with computer balance and find out the variance (if any) between physical stock and computer balance.
∎ Preparing SOPs (standard operating procedure) for Warehouse activities and equipment as per superior view.
∎ Preparing the requisition of the products to ensure the availability of different products as per business requirements.
∎ Arrange raise of NCR invoices instantly after being identified as broken, damaged, carton/transit shortage, and refurbish able and expired products.
∎ To arrange to receive & send replacement products to respective customers upon approval from respective authority instantly.
∎ To receive and send Stock Transfer products instantly as and when required.
∎ Monitoring the route expenses to minimize delivery expenses.
∎ Preparing various reports and send all necessary documents to the Head Office in time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Able to plan through scheduling a daily order list in the most efficient and practical manner
∎ Ability to ensures consistent, meaningful, two-way communication and clear methods of feedback.
∎ Ability to make timely, accurate decisions based on all supporting information available, even when under pressure.
∎ Ability to demonstrate the importance of learning new skills and knowledge to enable continuous improvement of themselves.
∎ A keen interest in Warehouse, Storage & Distribution.
∎ Excellent team player and personable with good customer
∎ service and communication skills
∎ Have good IT skills punctual, have a responsible attitude and
∎ work to deadlines
