Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee SMS(Sales Man Sample)/360 Sample + Artwork (Print & Embroidery) Development for Puma all dept. Core - inline, non ESS/ESS, RTG, Poly suit, Modern basis, Prime collection
∎ Oversee Sample program (FOC/KAS/MSS/SLM/SMU, Seal and wash sample)+ Print execution
∎ Handover bulk file to all relevant team
∎ Share Buy / OPD file with all factory concern
∎ Making shipment schedule master file
∎ Follow up TNA to make sure on time performance
∎ Taking RM and SUB Material YYE from CMD(Computerized Marker Development) and Production team
∎ Create SO wise PN cost and share with CSC for approval
∎ Booking and follow up (Local + Overseas) materials to inhouse on time·
∎ Managing PO deliveries weekly and follow up
∎ Opening L/C with all relevant documents
∎ Arranging Garments Wash test and Merge test report
∎ Arranging all kind of bulk sample and making parcel
∎ Special follow up for additional special Item
∎ Regular basis work in Puma PAC system USS-Creating BOM, sample request, Material create and YYE placement
∎ SAP- (Park – IV for payment)
∎ GTN-LCSD update, ship mode update, special accessories data,·
∎ PLM(Product Life Management) -All buyer TP (Tech Pack) information.
∎ Share folder – Customer Date, L&P manual, Profile info.
