Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and implement recruitment process (Trainee Officer to Manager) to attract the right talent for the positions providing the right benefits to support SBU's and Corporate functions
∎ Execute and coordinate recruitment of Non Management employees throughout the organization
∎ Assist in preparing the strategy for Talent Acquisition based on the need of SBUs and corporate functions of KFG
∎ Screen CVs based on selected criteria mentioned in job description, advertisement and communicate with relevant department for their feedback for short listing the candidates
∎ Design and develop assessment and written test for the management positions
∎ Arrange, coordinate and conduct the interview session for the shortlisted candidates
∎ Ensure proper background and documentation check for selected candidates
∎ Communicate and negotiate with the potential candidate regarding compensation and benefits
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have experience in interviewing and resource management
∎ Good leadership skills
∎ Good communication and negotiation skills
∎ Must have sufficient knowledge on computer applications (MS excel, word)
∎ Ability to work under pressure and work under strict deadlines
Salary:
∎ Remuneration will be offered depending upon the profile of the candidate
