∎ Proven work experience as a Project/Construction Coordinator or similar role
∎ Experience in project management from initiation to closing
∎ Advanced knowledge in MS Project and MS Office.
∎ Sound interpersonal skills.
∎ Proactive, self-driven, hard-working and motivated.
∎ Problem solving and Decision-Making Skills.
∎ Able to handle multiple projects under pressure.
∎ PMP/PRINCE2 certified will get advantage.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures Break projects into doable actions/tasks and prepare schedule and budgets.
∎ Organizing, attending, and participating in stakeholder meetings.
∎ Monitoring the daily progress of projects and providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
∎ Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests Analyze Bill of Quantity (BOQ) for any construction projects thoroughly to identify areas of potential cost savings.
∎ Coordinate with constructors, vendors, and other stakeholders for proper estimation and justification of BOQ.
∎ Ensure the construction project complies with all building codes and any other legal or regulatory requirements.
∎ Ensure overall quality control and quality assurance of construction projects.
