Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and implement recruitment process (Trainee Officer to Manager) to attract the right talent for the positions providing the right benefits to support SBU's and Corporate functions.
∎ Execute and coordinate recruitment of Non Management employees throughout the organization.
∎ Assist in preparing the strategy for Talent Acquisition based on the need of SBUs and corporate functions of KFG.
∎ Screen CVs based on selected criteria mentioned in job description, advertisement and communicate with relevant department for their feedback for short listing the candidates.
∎ Design and develop assessment and written test for the management positions.
∎ Arrange, coordinate and conduct the interview session for the shortlisted candidates.
∎ Ensure proper background and documentation check for selected candidates.
∎ Communicate and negotiate with the potential candidate regarding compensation and benefits
