∎ BBA & MBA/ Masters Degree in HRM/ Management from any Public or reputed Private University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
General HR
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinating recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
∎ Monitoring staff performance and attendance activities
∎ Preparing monthly work plan, activity report and others reports (monthly update staff list, recruitment status, joining & resign report etc.) as per need.
∎ Providing information and assistance to staff, supervisors and the management on human resource and work related issues.
∎ Assisting in yearly appraisal of all personnel.
∎ Performing other related duties as required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound Computer skills
∎ Strong written and oral communication in English
∎ Experience in relevant field will be an added advantage
Salary: Negotiable
