∎ Master’s degree in Statistics/Economics/Anthropology/Social Science, or a related subject.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Implementation monitoring/ Process monitoring: As per the project design need to ensure intensive field visits of CBOs and observe project activities like awareness sessions, training, Advocacy meeting, etc. with specific observation tools.
∎ Data Collection: Conducting FGD, Observation, and KII and submitting detailed reports to Cell Head.
∎ Data management: Directly work with the MIS manager for ensuring CMS data entry, analysis, and sharing.
∎ Reporting: Ensuring quantitative reporting every month and narrative report as per the donor reporting format in every quarter/ Annual.
∎ Support management and accountability through routine, accurate collection and reporting of information that confirms the status of project activities based on log-frame.
∎ Collect case studies from the field for qualitative progress monitoring.
∎ Assisting the Monitoring and Evaluation team where necessary.
∎ The duties and responsibilities may change a bit based on project needs and special circumstances.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4 years of experience in monitoring and evaluating social development projects, concerning women’s social empowerment projects may prefer.
∎ Proven experience in the application of monitoring methods, approaches, and tools.
∎ Proven experience in survey design, and data collection, both qualitative and quantitative techniques.
∎ Experience in statistical/survey software like SPSS, STATA, and Kobo toolbox.
∎ Knowledge of the application of ICT tools (Smartphone technology) to collect data is an asset.
∎ Experience in working with PNGO activity monitoring skills will be preferred.
∎ Good written and oral communication skills in English and Bangla, including writing monthly reports and presenting coherent and convincing messages to different audiences.
∎ Work experience in gender-diverse communities GDC preferred.
∎ Punctual and good at time management and strong relationship-building skills
∎ Understanding of protection issues facing our beneficiaries.
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Good computer knowledge especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and also should be good in email communication.
