Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser (Woven) to join with our team. You will play a very crucial role in collaborate with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with buyer to ensure successful execution of plans.
∎ Maintaining good communication & relationship with buyer & supplier.
∎ To follow-up T & A on a regular basis to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality and quantity.
∎ Monitoring the sample submission and approval process and ensure maintain the buyer agreed or set T & A plan date.
∎ Monitoring all the accessories booking & in-house status of nominated and non-nominated supplier with correct lead-time.
∎ Lab dip, trims, bulk fabric color, quality, & sample submit to the buyer for approval.
∎ Size set submits to the buyer and arranges approval for bulk production.
∎ Sent the required materials (trims, fabric, etc.) third-party test and provide the report to the client.
∎ Ensure the placement of order to correct supplier at correct fob with required lead-time.
∎ Reviewing competitors, including pricing, profit and other progress as regular basis.
∎ To perform additional duties to meet with the Company's needs as required and assigned by management.
