Job Context:
∎ This is a job located in the factory premises at South Keraniganj, Dhaka. Candidates will undergo a probation period of three months which will be reviewed and a further three months may be extended if the candidate was found not satisfactory. However, after the completion of the initial 6 months probation period, the candidate will be notified about their progress, and confirmation/termination of the job will occur accordingly.
∎ (The probation period can be broadly defined as a trial period for newly recruited employees.)
∎ Workplace: Work at Factory Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborating with Buyers and NNIL factory to ensure proper execution of company plans.
∎ Sourcing for local & foreign Buyers and organizing promotions and advertising campaigns.
∎ Managing the educational materials for training employees.
∎ Managing FIFO of products being sold and maintaining inventory of products.
∎ Gathering information on market trends and customers' reactions to products.
∎ Analyzing sales figures - reporting growth, expansion, and change in markets.
∎ (There are learning opportunities. Upward movements are unlimited for eager learners.)
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master's Degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Customer Sourcing, Support and Client Service, Good communication skills, Superb Sales & Marketing ability.

∎ Age 35 to 50 years
