Job Context:
∎ This is a job located in the factory premises at South Keraniganj, Dhaka. Candidates will undergo a probation period of three months which will be reviewed and a further three months may be extended if the candidate was found not satisfactory. However, after the completion of the initial 6 months probation period, the candidate will be notified about their progress, and confirmation/termination of the job will occur accordingly.
∎ (The probation period can be broadly defined as a trial period for newly recruited employees.)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Merchandiser, the incumbent shall take care of the following basic responsibilities:
∎ Collaborating with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure proper execution of company plans.
∎ Creating and organizing promotions and advertising campaigns.
∎ Managing the educational materials for training employees.
∎ Managing layout plans of the warehousing and maintaining inventory of products.
∎ Gathering information on market trends and customers' reactions to products.
∎ Analyzing sales figures - reporting growth, expansion, and change in markets.
∎ (There are learning opportunities for those who are eager learners. And their upward movements are unlimited.)

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate must possess the following Merchandising Skills
∎ Commercial awareness.
∎ Making forecasts.
∎ Creating planograms.
∎ Controlling stock levels.
∎ Strategic planning.

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary and other facilities will be based on the candidate`s specific criteria, like experience, skills, education, and training. There are scopes for development and improvement.

Our Strategic Partner Neel Nagar Industries Ltd., (in short-NNIL) is one of the leading Polyester Staple Fibers manufacturing companies in Bangladesh. The company is a 100% export-oriented entity. Its origin traces back to 2018 when the company was registered with the Registrar of the Joint Stock Companies, Bangladesh. The factory was set up at Mirzapur, Tegoria, South Keraniganj, Dhaka, Bangladesh in the same year.

OUR PRODUCTS:

The company has fully functional facilities to produce Polyester Staple Fibers (PSF), Polypropylene Fibers, and PET Straps. In the PSF category, the company has been producing a) Solid fibers (Siliconised/Non-Sliconised) with Recycled / Virgin raw materials, and b) Hollow Conjugated Fibers (Siliconised/Non-Siliconised). The PSF is manufactured in Raw-White, Optical White, Dope Black, and Red colors and is also produced in customized colors, advised by the Buyers. Besides the above, the company has also been catering the foreign Buyers’ needs to manufacture and supply PET bottle flakes, since 2019.
