∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Cost & Management Accounting, Master of Commerce (MCom).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Context:
∎ New entrants will undergo a probation period of three months which will be reviewed and a further three months may be extended if the candidate was found not satisfactory. However, after the completion of the initial 6 months probation period then the candidate will be notified about their progress, and confirmation/termination of the job will occur accordingly.
∎ (Probation can be broadly defined as a trial period for newly recruited employees.)
∎ Workplace: Work at Factory Office.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a Senior Accountant, the incumbent shall take care of the financial bookkeeping and input of the daily transactions in the systems (Hard Copies and Soft copies). Maintain Cash book, Bank book, Sales book, Purchase book, Inventory, Payroll, etc. To prepare Debit Vouchers, Credit Vouchers, Journal Vouchers, Challans, Bills, and Trial Balance. Also, assist in preparing financial statements. Apart from these docs, he will also do correspondence with the Bank and Government offices.

∎ The Accountant will help businesses make financial decisions by collecting, tracking, correcting, and communicating the financial position of the company. Will record transactions, compile and analyze data, perform audits, assist with budgets and financial forecasting, compute taxes, and report their findings to management and the Managing Director.

∎ Age 35 to 50 years

∎ Skills Required: Finance/ Accounts, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Negotiation Skills.
