∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in EEE, Diploma in EEE.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ This job requires mainly with the production Machine`s and Men Management where the incumbent will be required to perform his duties to see trouble-free operation, as far as possible.
∎ New entrant will undergo a probation period of One month`s which will be reviewed and a further One month may be extended, if the candidate was found not-satisfactory. However, after the completion of initial total Two months probation period the candidate will be notified about their progress and confirmation / termination of the job will occur accordingly.
∎ Probation can be broadly defined as a trial period for newly recruited employees.
∎ Workplace: Work at Factory Floor.
∎ Job Location: South Keraniganj, Dhaka-1310

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To make daily production reports with all key issues and to send them to management at every end of the shift.
∎ Manage daily schedules, employee shifts, and leave/time-off requests.
∎ Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress.
∎ Ensure that daily production goals are met.
∎ Train and integrate new workers.
∎ Oversee production, quality, maintenance, and safety.
∎ Manage the shift, working with the staffs and workers
∎ Strive to continually improve production to reduce costs, improve quality.
∎ To control and ensure all environmental standards for water, air, noise etc are maintained.
∎ To formulate maintenance SOP from time to time.
∎ All irregularities, machine breakdown, production disturbances shall be reported on time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Training/ Trade Course: Safety, Fire Fighting, People Management
∎ Skills Required: Communication and interpersonal skill, Computer skill, English Language, Problem solving and decision making
