∎ Minimum 5-9 years of experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in woven garments and with a global brand like Zara Man.
∎ In-depth knowledge of woven garment production, fabric sourcing, and the fashion industry.
∎ Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and merchandising software.
∎ A keen eye for detail, quality control, and problem-solving.
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with excellent time-management skills.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Merchandiser to join our team for Inditex (Woven - Tops & Bottoms). The ideal candidate will manage the full merchandising process from product development to shipment while ensuring quality, timely delivery, and maintaining a strong relationship with the buyer.
∎ Coordinate with buyers (Inditex) and suppliers to develop and execute seasonal collections, ensuring alignment with brand requirements.
∎ Oversee product development, pricing, sampling, and production processes for woven garments.
∎ Manage the Critical Path to ensure on-time delivery, from initial concept to final shipment.
∎ Handle cost negotiations, order placements, and product approvals.
∎ Collaborate with design, production, and quality control teams to maintain the highest standards of product quality.
∎ Monitor and manage production schedules to meet delivery timelines and resolve any potential delays.
∎ Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to drive business growth.
∎ Maintain strong communication with the buyer and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolution of issues.
∎ Prepare reports and updates for senior management and the buyer, including order status, production progress, and risk assessments.
