∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as design, production, and quality control, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of garments.
∎ Develop and implement standardized operating procedures to ensure consistency in the garment manufacturing process and quality standards.
∎ Train and educate sewing floor staff on technical aspects, including machine operation, garment construction techniques, and quality assurance methods.
∎ Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.
∎ Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes of quality defects, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
∎ Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and advancements in garment manufacturing techniques.
∎ Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure seamless integration of new designs into production.
