Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Textile Technology/Chemistry/Processing from any recognized university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have thorough knowledge of running the machineries like Osthoff Singeing/Desizing, Benninger PTR and Merceriser, Koerting CRP, continuous washer, Peaching and brushing machines.
∎ Should be able to control the man power of his department.
∎ Must have the knowledge of running Cotton and it’s blends with viscose, Modal, Lycra, Polyester and linen etc on all continuous pretreatment machines.
∎ Must execute the production plan with better quality and production volume.
∎ Must be fully aware to the process parameters and pretreatment recipes and technical parameters of a ready for dyeing fabric.
∎ Must work towards the cost optimization of pretreatment process and fabric defects control in pretreatment section.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 38 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be having experience of working in Continuous Textile processing plants as Pretreatment head.
